Heydude, part of Crocs, Inc., is seeking a Sr. Manager, International Analytics to act as the primary analytics partner for the HEYDUDE International business.

You will translate digital and commercial performance into clear insights, own international reporting, and lead cross-functional analytics projects across .com, marketplaces, eTail, CRM, affiliate, and paid media channels. Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in analytics, statistics, economics, mathematics, engineering, information systems, or related field.
• Progressive analytics experience in ecommerce, retail, consumer products, or digital commerce; international or multi-market preferred.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience transforming and analyzing data from multiple sources.
• Experience building dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms; strong Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead analysis of International digital and commercial performance, identifying drivers and translating data into actionable insights.
• Own recurring international performance reporting and weekly business review synthesis for senior leaders.
• Drive analysis across marketing, promotions, product performance, forecasting, and CRM.
• Develop measurement approaches when data or benchmarks are incomplete, communicating assumptions and confidence levels.
• Manage analytical roadmap for the International business and guide BI contributors to deliver rigorous work.
• Maintain scalable reporting across .com, marketplaces, and eTail, consolidating metrics and frameworks.
• Leverage automation and AI-enabled tools to speed up analysis and improve decision value.
