Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Sr. FP&A Analyst to support our international ROW commercial teams with comprehensive financial planning and analysis.

You will manage quarterly and annual forecasts, month-end close, and provide critical insights to senior stakeholders in a high-paced, multi-cultural environment. Collaborating with finance and operations, you will maintain key monthly reports, enable strategic decision making, and develop financial models for business cases.

Competenze

BS or BA in Accounting, Finance, Business Economics, or related field.
3–5 years of FP&A experience in international multi-sales channel environment.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial modeling.
SAP, BPC, and BI tools experience is highly preferred.
Excellent Excel skills for complex analyses.
Fluent English communication, both written and spoken.

Mansioni

Manage quarterly and annual forecasting for full P&L.
Drive month-end closing and analyze variances.
Support weekly and monthly business outlooks with drivers, risks, and opportunities.
Track SG&A bridges and KPIs for monthly reporting decks.
Create, maintain, and distribute key monthly reports and accruals.
Drive process improvements to streamline financial reporting.
Support ad-hoc financial modeling and business case work.
