Job summary

Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Manager, International Analytics for HEYDUDE to translate performance data into actionable insights across .com, marketplaces, eTail, CRM, and paid media. The role combines hands-on analysis, executive synthesis, and cross-functional leadership in a fixed-term capacity focused on international markets.

The position emphasizes scalable reporting and automation, partnering with global teams while shaping analytics strategy for the HEYDUDE brand in multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Progressive analytics experience in eCommerce/retail/digital commerce; international/multi-market experience preferred.
• Advanced SQL skills with data access, transformation, and analysis from multiple sources.
• Experience building dashboards in Power BI/Tableau; advanced Excel skills required.
• Ability to structure ambiguous questions, choose analytical approaches, test conclusions, and drive recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication; synthesize analysis into concise PowerPoint narratives for stakeholders.
• Ability to work in evolving environments with incomplete data and changing priorities.
• Experience with marketplace and DTC analytics, digital analytics platforms, Snowflake/Azure, marketing measurement, experimentation, Python or R, or AI-enabled analytics tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis of International digital and commercial performance across markets and channels.
• Own recurring International digital performance reporting and weekly business review synthesis for senior leaders.
• Drive deeper analysis of marketing effectiveness, promotions, product performance, forecasting, and CRM performance.
• Develop pragmatic measurement approaches when data or benchmarks are incomplete; communicate assumptions and confidence levels.
• Manage the analytical roadmap for the International business and guide BI contributors to deliver rigorous work.
• Maintain and improve scalable reporting across .com, marketplaces, and eTail by consolidating metrics and standardizing frameworks.
• Innovate through automation and AI-enabled tools to improve speed, consistency, and decision value of analytics.
