Job summary

FedEx is seeking a Commercial Air Specialist to support planning, coordination and execution of our air network operations in the Netherlands. You will monitor performance, analyze data, and collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure compliant, timely shipments.

The role emphasizes process improvement, stakeholder engagement, and delivering operational excellence. You will work across Air Operations, Network Control, Ramp Operations, Planning, Airline Partners and other functions

Qualifications

Experience in airline operations, network planning, transportation or related operational environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data proficiency.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management across functions and external partners.

Responsibilities

Support planning, coordination and execution of commercial air network operations.
Monitor network performance and analyze operational data.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliant movement of shipments.
Identify exceptions or variances and investigate issues impacting performance.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Produce and analyze operational reports and KPIs to inform management decisions.
