Job summary

Bluewave - Expeditors is seeking an Air Export Agent to ensure international air freight shipments reach their destination smoothly and on time. You will coordinate the export process end-to-end and serve as a key contact for our customers.

Daily you'll arrange bookings with airlines, update customers on shipment status, and tackle schedule changes. The role blends customer service with planning, coordination and problem-solving across global carriers and offices.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating air freight shipments and communicating with customers.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and timelines.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating the complete export process for international air freight shipments.
• Maintaining daily contact with customers and proactively informing them about their shipments.
• Booking shipments with different airlines.
• Communicating with airlines, carriers and Expeditors offices worldwide.
• Preparing and checking transport and customs documentation.
• Monitoring shipments and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Responding quickly to delays, changes and other logistical challenges.
• Accurately processing invoices, transport documents and other administrative tasks.
