Job summary

AIHR, the Academy to Innovate HR, is seeking a Growth Account Executive / Account Manager to own a global client base and drive expansion with leading companies. You will retain and grow a portfolio of mid-market accounts, using AI to inform strategy and win new business.

Based in Rotterdam, you’ll collaborate with Learning Consulting and Marketing, leveraging HubSpot and Gong, and enjoy a structured yet ambitious role in a fast-growing scale-up.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in a closing/land-and-expand role.
• Experience owning a portfolio and closing mid-market deals.
• Experience using generative AI tools for account research, prep, proposal writing, and automation.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with HR leaders.
• Ability to think hypothesis-based and data-driven to identify opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Retain and grow an existing client portfolio; conduct meetings, demos, negotiations, and value-building.
• Evangelize new product offerings and AI programs to expand pipeline; use AI to prepare for meetings.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing and product teams to drive campaigns and renewals.
• Manage time across 175 accounts, prioritizing high-potential opportunities and cross-sell.
