The successful candidate will define and implement affiliate strategies, recruit high-performing affiliates, and collaborate closely with internal teams to optimize performance. Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in affiliate marketing or digital partnerships.
• Demonstrated ability to manage affiliate programs and optimize performance.
• Equivalent professional experience in performance or affiliate marketing may also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and optimize the global affiliate marketing strategy.
• Identify, recruit, and nurture relationships with high-performing affiliates.
• Collaborate with marketing and eCommerce teams to deliver affiliate campaigns.
• Monitor affiliate performance through analytics tools and provide insights.
• Manage the affiliate program budget and commission structures.
