Job summary

The Fellas Ads, Amsterdam-based affiliate network, is seeking a Junior Affiliate Manager to manage and expand a diverse portfolio of partners worldwide. You will hunt for new business and optimize accounts by negotiating deals to meet advertiser demand.

You will work directly with the founders to learn and brainstorm new opportunities, shaping the playfield of The Fellas Ads within your vertical.

Around-the-clock availability (your affiliates are located across the globe).
Preferred: Secondary vocational education (MBO), Higher professional education (HBO).
Professional proficiency in either Chinese or Ukrainian is required.

Responsibilities

Maintaining daily contact with partners to seize opportunities and increase sales.
Actively seeking new partners and opportunities for your portfolio.
Work closely with your colleagues to learn, brainstorm, and spot new opportunities.
Continuously monitor key performance indicators and metrics to track progress and identify opportunities for optimisation.
