Job summary

The Fellas Ads BV in Amsterdam is seeking a Junior Affiliate Manager to grow and manage a portfolio of affiliate partners worldwide. You will hunt for new business and optimize accounts by negotiating deals to meet advertiser demand.

You will work directly with the founders to learn and brainstorm new opportunities, shaping The Fellas Ads' playfield across your vertical. This is a dynamic, global affiliate role with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in relevant fields (B2B, recruitment, hospitality, telecom, retail, affiliate marketing, etc.).
• Excellent communication and social skills to create opportunities from conversations.
• Strong sense of responsibility for all involved tasks.
• Resilience to setbacks while pursuing goals.
• Interest in the technological side of the Marketing business.

As a Junior Affiliate Manager you will be responsible for managing and expanding your portfolio of affiliate partners from all around the world. You will constantly hunt for new business and optimise your current affiliate accounts by making new deals to match the ongoing demand from advertisers.
You will work directly with the founders of the company to learn and brain-storm about new business opportunities as your role is key in setting out the playfield of The Fellas Ads within your vertical

Your role:

• Maintaining daily contact with partners to seize opportunities and increase sales.
• Actively seeking new partners and opportunities for your portfolio.
• Work closely with your colleagues to learn, brainstorm, and spot new opportunities.
• Continuously monitor key performance indicators and metrics to track progress and identify opportunities for optimisation
