This role focuses on maximizing ROI and adoption of the Workiva Platform across named accounts, collaborating with Sales, Services, Marketing, and Engineering to drive value. You will guide customers through renewals, upsell opportunities, and continuous improvement of success plans, while maintaining strong cross-functional relationships and delivering consultative

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination in a related field; an advanced degree may be considered in lieu of professional experience.
• 2 years of related experience (Customer Success, Customer Service, Account Management or Sales)

Responsibilities

• Drive customer adoption of Workiva solutions and ensure ROI.
• Develop multi-purpose relationships across customer organizations.
• Identify risks within named accounts and escalate as needed.
• Manage customer journey milestones with Success Plans.
• Support renewals and upsell opportunities with Sales.
• Teach customers how to use the Workiva Platform.
