Job summary

KUBUS, the BIMcollab team, seeks a Senior Customer Success Manager to drive onboarding and maximize client value from BIMcollab solutions. You will lead demos, guide implementations, and engage customers to ensure ongoing success across projects and workflows.

Based in the Netherlands or EU, you will collaborate with product, sales, and marketing to shape future releases while advocating for customers and driving adoption of BIMcollab.

Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS and AEC industries.
• Proven ability to deliver product demonstrations and webinars.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through onboarding and implementation of BIMcollab products.
• Deliver product demos and host webinars to educate and engage users.
• Proactively support clients to optimize their BIM workflows.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams (development, sales, marketing).
• Collect and communicate user feedback to influence product improvements.
• Highlight and demonstrate the value BIMcollab adds to client processes and project outcomes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of customer success strategies and materials.
