Job summary

Nordic Jobs Worldwide is seeking German-speaking Customer Service Ambassadors in Amsterdam to support customers via phone, social media, and email. You will respond personally, listen to individual needs, and help every customer with accurate information and thoughtful alternatives.

The role requires 28 hours weekly, Monday–Friday and some weekend coverage, and includes a 4-day training in Amsterdam with full-time commitment during training. Remote work a few days per week is also possible.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Available for 28 hours per week.
• Flexible working hours: Mon–Fri 08:45–21:00 and weekends 10:00–18:30.
• Creative and customer-focused writing skills.
• Service-oriented with strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support customers via phone, social media, and email.
• Provide personalized responses rather than scripted interactions.
• Listen to customers and understand their needs.
• Reassure customers and provide accurate information.
• Suggest suitable alternatives when needed.
• Find solutions quickly and exceed expectations.
• Create a relaxed, positive customer experience.
• Complete a 4-day training in Amsterdam with full-time availability during training.
