Job summary

Abroad Experience is seeking a proactive Channel Ambassador based in Amsterdam. The role focuses on delivering exceptional support across phone, social media, and email, using strong German and English language skills.

You will respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and provide personable, high-quality customer service in a hybrid office setting. The position requires 32 hours per week with flexible hours Mon-Fri 08:45–21:00 and weekends 10:00–18:30.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German and English is required.
• Ability to write creatively for customer communications.
• Excellent written and spoken communication with a service mindset.
• Strong teamwork and collaborative skills.
