Job summary

language matters Recruitment Consultants B.V. is seeking a German-speaking Business Development Executive in Amsterdam to drive growth across the DACH and CEE region.

You will combine business development, client success and account management in a fast‑growing international technology company. You will own the full sales cycle from outreach to onboarding, deliver product demos, and build relationships with senior decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Economics or related field.
• Fluent German and English required; additional CEE language is a plus.
• Strong interest in business development, sales or client success.
• Able to build relationships and generate new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development across DACH & CEE through outreach and relationships.
• Manage full client lifecycle from onboarding to account management.
• Conduct product demos and advise on best practices to boost engagement.
• Build relationships with decision-makers to identify expansion opportunities.
• Maintain CRM records and support regional initiatives.
