Job summary

Workwide is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Advisor to relocate to Germany and work fully remote from anywhere in Germany. You will guide small businesses with personal marketing and design advice via phone, email and live chat, owning each case end‑to‑end.

You’ll join a supportive team with a focus on development, training, and growth, while earning a fixed gross salary and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Requires C2 level Dutch and English at B1/B2 level.
• Willing to relocate to Germany for the role.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for customer contact.

Relocation to Germany is required for this role. Once you live in Germany, you can work from home anywhere in the country.

About the role

Our client is a marketing and design partner for small businesses worldwide. They help them stand out from the competition. As a Dutch-speaking Customer Advisor you do more than answer questions. You build relationships with customers, get to know what they need, and give them personal marketing and design advice that helps their business grow.

You'll support customers by phone, email and live chat. You own each case from start to finish and make sure customers get personal, high-quality solutions.
