Job summary

Dyflexis is seeking a Content Marketing Specialist to transcreate English content into market-native German copy across blogs, e-books, web copy and campaign assets.

You will work from the Content Manager's SEO brief, ensuring tone and context read as native German, not a direct translation. Collaboration with the content manager is essential. This role is within a fast-growing fintech HR SaaS team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in literature, marketing, or another creative field.
• 2-3 years of experience in writing, editing or translating.
• Fluent in German, with English at C1 level.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with an eye for tone and nuance.
• Comfortable working in Monday.com and Figma, or able to learn quickly.
• A team player with strong communication skills.
• Experience in fintech, HR, B2B SaaS, IT or HR tech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Transcreate English content into market-native German copy: blogs, e-books, web copy and social media.
• Own market-specific positioning: adapt tone for native German content.
• Write market-native ad copy for LinkedIn, Google, campaigns and nurture emails.
• Localize sales enablement material: decks, one-pagers and brochures.
