Dyflexis is seeking a content marketing leader to own our multi-language content pipeline, including English, Dutch, and German content across global markets. You’ll drive editorial quality, coordinate campaigns, and mentor a team of content specialists to deliver on-brand, human-centered storytelling.

You’ll manage CMS workflows, collaborate with designers, and optimize topics with SEO in mind, while supporting sales enablement through targeted content assets.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in content marketing, ideally B2B SaaS or HR tech.
• Strong writing and editing skills, original content without AI substitutes.
• Ability turning complex topics into engaging, on-brand content.

Responsibilities

• Manage the content production pipeline and calendar across Dutch, German, and international markets.
• Create English full-funnel content for the international market and sales enablement pieces.
• Own editorial quality of English content across websites and product apps.
• Brief content specialists on topics and research for cross-language transcreation.
• Own CMS structure, publishing workflows, and template governance with designers.
• Coordinate with the team on keywords and topics and mentor tone and brand voice.
