Job summary

Dyflexis is seeking a Senior Content Manager to own and execute the content strategy from ideation through publication. You will manage the content production pipeline with multi-language content across Dutch, German, and international markets.

You will also contribute full funnel English content for the international market, manage editorial ownership of English content on the website and product apps, and brief content specialists for consistent transcreation.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in content marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS, HR tech, or a similar complex industry.
• Strong writing and editing skills; AI is used in workflow but not as a substitute for high-quality language.
• Ability to turn complex topics into engaging, on-brand content that converts.
• Experience owning a content calendar or production pipeline.
• Experience in website migrations and information architecture is a plus.
• Comfort with HubSpot, Framer, SEO tools like SEMrush, Monday, and Salesforce, or ability to learn quickly.

Right now, that means giving our lead generation funnel a steady stream of top and mid-funnel content, and we're looking for someone who can own that from strategy through to the words on the page.

This is what you'll do

As Senior Content Manager, you own and execute the content strategy, from ideation through to publication.

• Manage the content production pipeline and calendar across the whole content function, featuring multi-language content across Dutch, German, and international markets.
• Contribute full funnel English content for the international market as well as sales enablement pieces, and lead generation support: campaign ads, landing pages, social media, and nurturing emails.
• Take editorial ownership of English content across the website and product app environments to ensure quality and consistency.
• Brief content specialists on upcoming topics, research, and key points for transcreation in accordance with the content strategy, to ensure consistency across all languages.
• Own the CMS: structure, publishing workflows, template governance, and close collaboration with the designers for pairing copy with visual assets.
• Coordinate with the team on keywords and topic opportunities, and mentor the content specialists on tone, transcreation quality, and brand voice.

This is what you'll need

• Fluent in English, bonus points for an additional European language (NL/DE/ES/FR)
• 5-7 years of experience in content marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS, HR tech, or another complex, operational industry.
• Strong writing and editing skills. Writing without AI assistance is essential, AI is used within our workflow but not as a substitute for high-quality natural language.
• A critical thinker who can turn complex, technical topics into fun and engaging content that’s both on brand and converts.
• Experience owning a content calendar or production pipeline.
• Experience in website migrations and information architecture is a plus.
• Comfortable working in HubSpot, Framer, SEO tools like SEMrush, Monday, and Salesforce, or confident in picking them up fast.
