Job summary

Amazon is seeking an AI Data Associate (MLDA) to perform foundational labeling tasks across text, speech, audio, video data in the Netherlands. You will follow strict confidentiality and use in-house tools to meet our KPIs.

The ideal candidate has Dutch (CEFR C1+) and English (CEFR C1+) skills, strong business writing, and sharp analytical thinking. You will work with diverse data and contribute to responsible AI innovations.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch (CEFR C1+) and English (CEFR C1+).
• Strong business writing skills and ability to craft reports and correspondence.
• Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions across projects.
• Experience with research and synthesizing information from multiple sources.
• Attention to detail in managing complex tasks and documents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strict confidentiality as customer privacy is essential.
• Work with diverse data types including text, speech, audio, image, and video.
• Deliver high-quality labeled data meeting KPIs using in-house tools.
• Demonstrate proficiency in generating insights across modalities.
• Make sound judgments when information is ambiguous or incomplete.
• Maintain attention to detail and pivot between requirement categories as needed.
• Support daily operational deliverables for multiple tasks and teams.
• Analyze root causes, identify error patterns, and suggest improvements.
• Identify and suggest changes to SOPs, tools, to unblock operations.
• Provide floor support and clarify internal queries during execution.
