Job summary

Amazon Development Center (Netherlands) B.V. seeks a Sr Data Associate (NL) for AI data services to label and curate data across text, speech, image, and video modalities.

You will follow guidelines to deliver high-quality labeled data and meet KPIs using in-house tools, while maintaining strict confidentiality. Required are a Bachelor’s or Associate degree or related experience, plus CEFR C1+ fluency in Dutch and English, strong writing, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch at CEFR C1+ level.

Responsibilities

• Make sound judgments when information is ambiguous or incomplete.
• Maintain eye for detail and adapt to changing requirements.
• Support daily operational deliverables for multiple task types.
• Analyze root causes, identify error patterns, and propose quality improvements.
• Identify and address process and SOP issues to unblock operations.
• Provide floor support and clarify internal queries as needed.
