Job summary

Vistra is seeking an experienced fund services professional for the Assistant Manager, Fund Services role in Amsterdam. You will focus on building our fund services market within North Asia while handling core fund accounting tasks and investor relations.

The role requires at least 3 years in fund accounting for PE or hedge funds, a degree in accounting/finance/economics, and strong English plus Chinese/Mandarin.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of fund accounting experience in PE and/or Hedge Funds.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
• Fluent in English with good Chinese/Mandarin proficiency.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented and client-focused.

Responsibilities

• Handle fund accounting tasks including NAV, P/L reporting, year-end statements.
• Prepare capital calls and distribution calculations.
• Provide logistics support for bank accounts, KYC, and related duties.
• Coordinate between investors, fund managers and custodians.
• Maintain accurate daily timesheets for billable hours.
• Assist with ad hoc projects as required.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join the Fund Services team as Assistant Manager, Fund Services on a full-time basis.

Vistra is a global corporate service provider and fund administrator with more than 5,000 professionals in over 45 jurisdictions.

Purpose of the role:

• This role is responsible for building and raising our fund services market within North Asia.

Scope:

• This role is predominately focused on our fund administration and investment structuring services, with the goal of developing and maintaining a network of prospects and translating those prospects into clients.

Key responsibilities:

• Handle accounting functions including NAV, PL reporting, year-end financial statements and other fund and investor related reports
• Prepare capital call and distribution calculation
• Provide logistics support on bank account opening, KYC review and other fund administration duties as assigned
• Coordinate between investors, fund managers and custodians for resolving any issues that may arise
• To maintain and submit accurate daily timesheets on billable hours
• Assist in handing ad hoc projects when required
