Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Microsoft 365 professional to grow into an architectural role, delivering modern workplace solutions powered by Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Copilot.

You will translate business needs into scalable designs, collaborate with IT and security stakeholders, and help ensure governance, compliance, and performance. This fully remote role offers a development path toward senior architecture and consulting excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4–5 years of hands-on Microsoft 365 experience in technical, engineering, or admin role.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, governance, and security fundamentals.
• Experience with SharePoint Online site creation, information architecture, and content management.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams configuration, lifecycle management, and collaboration design.
• Knowledge of OneDrive for Business synchronization, sharing, and storage controls.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot readiness, enablement, and governance concepts.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams under guidance of senior architects.

Responsibilities

• Help design and document Microsoft 365 solutions including Copilot, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs under senior architects.
• Assist with configuration, customization, migration, and deployment of Microsoft 365 workloads.
• Collaborate with IT, security, and stakeholders to meet governance and security standards.
• Create architecture diagrams, governance frameworks, and technical documentation.
• Participate in client discovery sessions as a technical contributor.
• Troubleshoot issues involving Microsoft 365 workloads and integrations.
• Support Copilot readiness, enablement, and governance initiatives.
• Monitor updates, roadmaps, and best practices, especially AI and Copilot.
• Strengthen technical expertise and client consulting capabilities.

In this position, you will contribute to designing and delivering modern workplace solutions powered by Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365 Copilot. You will translate business needs into scalable technical designs while learning from experienced architects and applying industry best practices. Working alongside IT, security, and business stakeholders, you will help ensure that solutions meet governance, compliance, and performance requirements. You will also contribute to AI-enabled workplace initiatives, technical troubleshooting, and user adoption strategies. Accountabilities:

• Support the design and documentation of Microsoft 365 solutions, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive for Business.

• Translate business requirements into clear, scalable technical designs under the guidance of senior architects.

• Assist with configuration, customisation, migration, and deployment of Microsoft 365 workloads across client and internal environments.

• Collaborate with IT, security, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions align with governance, compliance, security, and performance standards.

• Contribute to architecture diagrams, governance frameworks, technical documentation, and user adoption or enablement materials.

• Participate in client discovery sessions, workshops, and project kickoffs as a technical contributor.

• Help troubleshoot and resolve issues involving Microsoft 365 workloads, integrations, and collaboration tools.

• Support Microsoft 365 Copilot readiness, enablement, and governance initiatives to help organisations adopt AI-powered workplace capabilities.

• Monitor Microsoft 365 updates, product roadmaps, emerging features, and industry best practices, particularly in AI and Copilot.

• Continuously strengthen technical expertise, architectural thinking, and client consulting skills.

• Contribute to the development of reliable, secure, and user-friendly workplace solutions that improve productivity and collaboration.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

• Four to five years of hands-on Microsoft 365 experience in a technical, engineering, or administrative role.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, governance, and security fundamentals.

• Experience with SharePoint Online, including site creation, information architecture, and content management.

• Experience with Microsoft Teams, including configuration, lifecycle management, and collaboration design.

• Knowledge of OneDrive for Business, including synchronisation, sharing, and storage controls.

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot, particularly readiness, enablement, and governance concepts.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and work constructively under the guidance of senior architects.

• Curiosity, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Automate and Power Apps.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Purview and its governance and compliance capabilities.

• Awareness of data protection, information governance, and regulatory compliance principles within Microsoft 365 environments.

• Interest in AI-powered productivity tools and enterprise workplace transformation.

Benefits:

• Base salary: Typically $150,000–$168,000, with additional bonus opportunities and benefits available.

• Compensation may vary depending on experience, location, and other relevant factors; candidates outside the stated range may also be considered.
