Job summary

SQLI is seeking an experienced AI Consultant to turn business challenges into impactful AI solutions. You will identify opportunities for measurable value, advise stakeholders, and help grow our AI practice through innovative accelerators and best practices.

You will lead workshops with executives, design AI architectures, and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure feasibility and value realization across client organizations.

Qualifications

• Experience using AI tools for research, ideation, and productivity.
• Hands-on with Claude Code, MCP Connectors, plugins, and agent-based AI solutions.
• Understanding of enterprise architectures, system integrations, and data flows.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, written and spoken.
• Strong communication and ability to present to non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of delivering value with AI and awareness of its limitations.

Responsibilities

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced AI Consultant to help clients turn business challenges into impactful AI solutions. You will identify opportunities where AI creates measurable value, advise stakeholders, and support the growth of our AI practice through innovative methods, accelerators, and best practices.

Your Responsibilities

• Analyze client requirements, business processes, and organizational structures to identify areas where AI can create tangible business value.
• Advise and constructively challenge stakeholders to address the root causes of business challenges rather than merely treating their symptoms.
• Design, structure, and present AI solutions with a clear connection between business objectives and measurable outcomes.
• Provide strategic guidance on the medium- and long-term impact of AI on organizations, processes, operating models, and business models.
• Facilitate and lead workshops, presentations, and client pitches with executives and business stakeholders.
• Support change management initiatives related to AI adoption and help drive acceptance across client organizations.
• Collaborate closely with Solution Architects and delivery teams to assess technical feasibility and develop sustainable solution architectures.
• Contribute to commercial proposals and support the end-to-end sales-to-delivery process.
• Develop new AI offerings, accelerators, methodologies, and best practices for SQLI.

Qualifications

Your Qualifications

• An AI-first mindset: you use AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and similar technologies on a daily basis for research, ideation, and productivity enhancement, while maintaining a critical perspective on outputs and results.
• Hands-on experience with Claude Code, MCP Connectors, plugins, skills, and agent-based AI solutions.
• Solid understanding of enterprise architectures, system integrations, and data flows.
• Strong understanding of where AI can deliver genuine value within organizations, as well as a realistic view of its limitations.
• Professional proficiency in both Dutch and English, written and spoken.
• communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Working understanding of how AI delivers value in the enterprise and where it fails, across delivery acceleration, customer-facing applications, and agentic workflows
• Fluent in Dutch and in English

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience within an e-commerce agency, digital consultancy, or a consulting environment focused on AI, agentic solutions, or workflow automation.
• Demonstrated success in optimizing business processes through AI-driven initiatives.
• Experience developing methodologies, frameworks, accelerators, or reusable consulting assets.

You will report to the Head of Data & AI and work closely with architects, engineers, and subject matter experts across the entire SQLI Group. In addition, you will be part of our international AI Community, collaborating with colleagues across countries and disciplines to shape innovative AI solutions.
