Job summary

Dynamics4Business seeks a Microsoft Power Platform & Copilot Consultant to modernize business processes and deliver automation using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Dataverse. You will integrate Copilot within M365 and guide clients from concept to go-live, coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring governance.

You should have 3-5 years of Power Platform experience, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with SharePoint Online and MB-800/Microsoft certifications.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience with Power Platform projects within SMB or enterprise environments.
• Deep knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Dataverse.
• Experience or strong affinity with Microsoft Copilot (M365 / Copilot Studio) and Azure AI
• Plus: experience with SharePoint Online (document management, metadata, security, governance) and/or Microsoft Business Central
• Strong in requirements analysis, solution design and stakeholder management
• Good understanding of security, compliance and governance within M365 and Power Platform
• Pre: certifications such as PL-200, PL-400, PL-600, MB-800
• Communicative, analytical, proactive and results-oriented; you enjoy working both independently and as part of a team

Your role

As a Power Platform & Copilot Consultant, you will work on projects in which you modernize business processes and realize automation. You build solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Dataverse, and integrate Copilot functionalities within M365 or via Copilot Studio. You analyze requirements, translate these into a clear solution design and coordinate expectations with stakeholders. You also work on and lead AI projects with Azure AI services. You ensure security, compliance and governance within the Power Platform and guide customers from initial concept to go live. Together with an experienced team you deliver quality solutions and actively share knowledge.
