INK Hotel Amsterdam – MGallery is seeking a Front Office Team Member for day and night shifts. You will warmly welcome guests, manage check-ins/outs, and tailor stays with local recommendations. The role emphasizes a high standard of service in a dynamic, international setting.

The Script

As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll leave a lasting impression from the moment they arrive until the moment they leave. You’ll be a true INKredible ambassador, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued.

Check‑ins and check‑outs are key moments, but your role goes far beyond the front desk. You’ll enjoy personalizing each guest’s stay — whether that means preparing special touches for an occasion, recommending the best spots to eat, or suggesting exciting adventures around Amsterdam.

You’ll keep track of guest preferences and communicate them to relevant departments to ensure a seamless stay. Solving guest issues is a challenge you’ll embrace, as you take pride in turning problems into positive experiences. During the night, you’ll also help ensure the safety, security, and smooth operation of the hotel, while welcoming late arrivals and assisting guests with their requests.

Flexibility is an important part of this role. You’ll be working a combination of day and night shifts, depending on the needs of the hotel and the team. This means you’ll experience different sides of Front Office and play a key role in ensuring our guests receive the same INKredible service, whatever time of day it is. Your goal every day is to ensure that each guest leaves with the desire to return.

• Has an outgoing and helpful personality;
• Is flexible with their schedule and able to work both day and night shifts;
• Is comfortable working night shifts from 23.00–07.00;
• Holds an MBO degree in hospitality or tourism;
• Has at least one year of experience in Front Office;
• Is available to work both weekdays and weekends;
• Is looking for a full‑time job (38 hours);
• Has strong communication skills in Dutch and English (additional languages are a plus);
• Has knowledge of PMS systems (such as Opera), preferred but not required;
• Enjoys working in a dynamic, international environment and takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences.
