Eurostars Hotel Company in Rotterdam seeks Front Office Team Members to join the opening team of a new hotel. You will welcome guests, handle check-in and check-out, and ensure a smooth, guest‑focused experience.

Fluency in English is required, Dutch is highly valued. Prior Front Office or Guest Services experience in hotels is preferred, especially openings.

• Previous experience in Front Office or Guest Services roles.
• Experience in hotel openings is a plus.
• Fluency in English; Dutch is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with professionalism and warmth.
• Manage check-in, check-out and front desk procedures.
• Handle guest requests, inquiries and complaints to ensure a smooth stay.
• Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest profiles.
• Process payments, invoices and daily cashier tasks.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance and other departments.
