Job summary

nhow Amsterdam RAI invites applications for a Front Office Management Intern. You’ll join a design-forward, international hotel environment and support reception, guest relations, and duty management with hands‑on duties on the floor.

You’ll also observe back‑of‑house operations and supervisory tasks, while developing leadership and feedback skills. You should be enrolled in a bachelor's in hospitality or a related field, have hotel reception experience, and be available for at least six months.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or hotel reception is preferred.
• Strong English communication and guest interaction skills.
• Able to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
• Customer-focused with a friendly and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Learn reception, guest relations, and duty management tasks on the floor.
• Support colleagues across departments with operational duties.
• Participate in manager meetings and develop leadership skills.
