Job summary

Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is offering an Internship in Front Office Management at nhow Amsterdam RAI. You will gain experience across reception, guest relations and duty management while supporting colleagues on the floor and learning back‑of‑house tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, tourism or similar.
• At least 6 months’ hotel reception experience.
• Availability for a minimum of 6 months.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good command of English for international guests.

Responsibilities

• Learn reception, guest relations and duty management operations.
• Provide hands‑on support on the floor and learn back‑of‑house tasks.
• Participate in manager meetings and departmental teamwork.
