Job summary

NH Hotel Group in Amsterdam is seeking a Front Office Management Intern to support reception, guest relations, and duty management in a dynamic nhow property. You will engage with international guests and gain hands-on experience in an avant-garde design hotel.

The role offers a structured training program, opportunities to grow within the company, and exposure to cross-department operations in a vibrant team.

Qualifications

• You are currently studying a bachelor's degree in hospitality, tourism or similar.
• You have worked in hotel reception before for at least 6 months.
• You are available for at least 6 months.
• You can work independently, without the need for close supervision.
• You get energy from working with (international) guests and colleagues.
• You have a good command of the English language.

Responsibilities

• Learn all aspects of reception, guest relations, and duty management.
• Support colleagues on the floor with hands-on operational duties.
• Learn back-of-house supervisory tasks, handling complaints, answering reviews, doing inventories, and monitoring quality.
• Develop leadership skills by giving constructive feedback and participating in manager meetings.
