• Internship duration of at least 4 months required.

Responsibilities

• As Front Office Intern, assist in check-in/check-out after training and perform necessary Front Office admin tasks.
• Maintain close guest contact, answer questions and provide information.
• Learn upselling techniques and handling of guest complaints.
• Foster a warm team atmosphere, ensuring guests are welcomed with a smile.
