Job summary

Minor Hotels nhow Amsterdam RAI is offering an Front Office Internship starting 2027 in Amsterdam. You’ll join a vibrant, design-led hospitality environment and be part of a multicultural team at the nhow Amsterdam RAI hub.

You will support guest services, learn about front desk operations, and have opportunities for training and growth within Minor Hotels' global network. The role requires enrollment in hospitality studies and a commitment of at least four months.

Qualifications

• You are currently studying a course in hotel-, hospitality-, travel & tourism and this internship is a mandatory part of your course.
• You are available for at least 4 months.
• You get energy from working with (international) guests.
• You have a good command of the English language.

Responsibilities

• Support front desk operations and guest check-in/check-out.
• Provide high-quality service in a stylish nhow Amsterdam RAI setting.
• Learn upselling and guest communication during the internship.
• Collaborate with a diverse, multicultural team.
