nhow Amsterdam RAI is seeking a Front Office Management Intern who thrives in a vibrant, multicultural hotel environment. You will gain hands-on experience across reception, guest relations and duty management while supporting a dynamic team.

Ideal candidates are currently pursuing a bachelor’s in hospitality or related field, with at least 6 months in a hotel reception role, able to commit for at least 6 months, and comfortable working with international guests. English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, tourism or related field.
• At least 6 months experience at hotel reception.
• Availability for a minimum of 6 months.
• Ability to work independently and with diverse guests.
• Strong command of the English language.

Responsibilities

• Learn all front office operations: reception, guest relations and duty management.
• Support colleagues on the floor and during busy periods.
• Contribute to inventories, quality monitoring and guest reviews.
