Job summary

NH Hotels & Resorts in the Netherlands is offering a Front Office Intern position to gain hands-on experience in the hotel’s busiest department, developing guest service, communication and hospitality skills. Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism or related field.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for guest service.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and some nights.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with check-ins and check-outs.
• Support guests throughout their stay and provide information about local area.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints with professionalism.
• Assist with Front Office administration and daily operations.
• Respond to online reviews and monitor guest satisfaction.
• Participate in night audit and related reporting tasks.
• Identify upselling opportunities to enhance guest experience.
