Park Plaza Eindhoven is seeking a Front Office Host on a part-time basis (15-20 hours per week). You will warmly welcome guests, handle check-ins/check-outs, manage reservations, and provide local information to ensure exceptional experiences.

• Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Contribute to achieving guest satisfaction targets and departmental objectives.

Essential Requirements

• A passion for hospitality and guest service.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Requirements

• Previous experience in a hotel front office, reception, customer service, or hospitality role.
• Experience working with hotel reservation or property management systems.
• Dutch language skills are an advantage.
• Additional foreign language skills are highly desirable.
