Job summary

Park Plaza Eindhoven is seeking a Waiter(ess) to join our hospitality team. You will welcome guests, set up breakfast areas, and serve with care across breakfast, lunch, and occasional evening service. A friendly, guest-focused approach is essential for creating memorable dining experiences.

We value reliability, flexibility, and strong English communication. Dutch language skills are a plus, and hotel/restaurant experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Previous hospitality experience in hotel/restaurant environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm, professional dining experience.
• Prepare and set up the breakfast restaurant and buffet before service.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
• Replenish buffet items and keep presentations attractive throughout service.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic restaurant environment in line with food safety standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen and F&B teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Support breakfast, lunch, afternoon, and evening service as needed.

Working a variety of shifts, including breakfast, lunch, and occasional evening service, you'll play an important role in creating memorable experiences for our guests from the moment they arrive until the end of their meal.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and deliver a warm, friendly, and professional dining experience.
• Prepare and set up the breakfast restaurant and buffet before service begins.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining excellent service standards.
• Ensure buffet items are replenished and presented attractively throughout service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic restaurant environment in line with food safety standards.
• Work closely with the kitchen and Food & Beverage team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experience.
• Support breakfast, lunch, afternoon, and evening service when required.

Essential Requirements

• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Positive, reliable, and flexible approach to work.
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Requirements

• Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, café, or hospitality environment.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Experience working in a fast-paced guest-facing role.
• Dutch or any additional language skills are an advantage.
