Job summary

Park Plaza Eindhoven zoekt een Front Office Host voor een 0-uur contract, gericht op flexibele inzet rondom studie en andere verplichtingen. Als gezicht van het hotel verwelkom je gasten met gastvrijheid en zorg je voor een soepele ontvangst en vertrek.

Je werkt in een internationale omgeving en bouwt aan waardevolle gastenervaringen. Vereist is een passie voor gastvrijheid en uitstekende Engelse communicatie; Nederlandse taalervaring is een plus.

• Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Engels.
• Flexibele beschikbaarheid, ook avonden, weekenden en feestdagen.
• Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en oog voor detail.

Responsibilities

• Gasten hartelijk verwelkomen met een warme, professionele houding.
• Check-ins en check-outs efficiënt afhandelen en gastkwaliteit bewaken.
• Reserveringen, kamertoewijzingen en gastvragen accuraat afhandelen.
• Informatie geven over faciliteiten en lokale attracties.
• Reageren op gastvragen en klachten tijdig oplossen.
• Betalingen verwerken en gastaccounts bijhouden.
• Samenwerken met andere afdelingen voor naadloze gastbeleving.
• Bijdragen aan gast- en afdelingsdoelstellingen.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm, professional, and friendly attitude.
• Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
• Handle reservations, room allocations, and guest requests accurately.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Respond to guest enquiries and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts.
• Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Contribute to achieving guest satisfaction targets and departmental objectives.

Essential Requirements

• A passion for hospitality and guest service.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Positive, professional, and proactive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Requirements

• Previous experience in a hotel front office, reception, customer service, or hospitality role.
• Experience working with hotel reservation or property management systems.
• Dutch language skills are an advantage.
• Additional foreign language skills are highly desirable.
