Hyatt Place Amsterdam Airport seeks a Front Office Host for a flexible 0-hour position at our airport hotel in Amsterdam. You will welcome guests, handle check-in/check-out, and connect with visitors to create memorable stays.

Qualifications

Hyatt Place Amsterdam Airport is looking for a Front Office Host (0-hour)!

Hyatt Place Amsterdam Airport is a welcoming place with 330 hotel rooms, where guests find uncomplicated experiences in a casual atmosphere. Our purpose is to care for people, so they can be their best!

As Front Office Host, you are part of the fun Front Office Team and work together with international, motivated and driven colleagues. You will be coached by experienced Teamleaders and manager, who care about your personal development. You have a 0-hour contract, which makes your schedule flexible and perfect to combine with for example studies.

Responsibilities

• You bring your unique personality to our team of dedicated Front Office Hosts;
• You increase guest satisfaction scores by creating connections with our guests;
• You take ownership in providing a memorable experience – from checking in through to checking out;
• You take care of internal as well as external phone calls;
• You take ownership of handling guest complaints and requests in a timely manner;
• You are pro-active in working towards achieving our team and hotel goals.

Qualifications

• You are eligible to work in the Netherlands;
• You are fluent in English and have strong communication skills;
