Job summary

NH Hotels & Resorts in the Netherlands is offering a Front Office & Accounting Internship. You will represent the hotel, check guests in/out after training, and perform front office administrative tasks.

You will also learn upselling, guest communication, and accounts receivable basics in a hands-on setting. Eligibility includes pursuing a Hospitality/Hotel Management/Tourism degree, English proficiency, and a Netherlands address.

Qualifications

• You are currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• You are available to start your internship in February/March 2027.
• You are an approachable person;
• You get energy from working with (international) guests;
• You are accurate andflexible;
• You have affinity with numbers and enjoy working with different systems;
• You always strive for perfect service.
• You have a good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• You are able to provide a school internship agreement.
• You have a residential address in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Check in and check out after training period.
• Handle all administrative actions to manage Front Office.
• Maintain close contact with guests and answer questions.
• Learn upselling and complaint handling.
