Job summary
Kelvion seeks a Front-end Sales Manager to accelerate growth in the Benelux oil, gas, chemical and power sectors. You will manage key accounts and acquire new ones, reporting progress via CRM.
The role is home-based or based at a Netherlands or Belgium location, with travel mainly within the Benelux and reporting to the Head of VM OGPEC. Your profile includes 8+ years in B2B technical sales, strong commercial acumen, fluency in Dutch and English, and a proven track record closing projects over
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in B2B technical sales, preferably in industry sectors related to heat exchangers.
- Strong commercial instinct with ability to translate customer needs into business opportunities.
- Target-driven, capable of handling pressure and complex projects.
- Willingness to travel within Benelux and collaborate across teams.
Responsibilities
- Drive and own sales within Transportation, Heavy & Light Industry sectors in Benelux.
- Collaborate with FES and Solution Support to strengthen Kelvion’s brand.
- Input on market price developments and forecast opportunities in CRM.
- Identify new market opportunities and high-value customers.
- Provide timely CRM updates and funnel forecasting.
- Work with Head of vertical markets as part of the Benelux front-end sales team.
