Job summary

Chogogo Dive & Beach Resort on Bonaire is seeking a Front Office Employee to welcome guests, assist with check-in/out, and provide information about the resort and island.

In this role you will process reservations, payments, and guest data, coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance, and ensure a warm, professional front desk environment.

Fluency in English required; Dutch, German or Spanish are a plus; hospitality experience is welcome but not required; 32–40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest-service oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and guide them through check-in and check-out procedures.
• Provide information about the resort, their stay and Bonaire.
• Answer guest questions and resolve requests independently.
• Process reservations, payments and guest information accurately.
• Handle the car rental process, including contracts and vehicle handovers.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance and Back Office teams.
• Prepare arrival documents and maintain a professional Front Office environment.
• Ensure a complete handover to colleagues at the end of your shift.
