Job summary

Chogogo Dive & Beach Resort Bonaire is seeking an experienced Bartender to join its beachfront bars on Bonaire. You will mix classics flawlessly and surprise guests with your own creations inspired by fresh ingredients and Caribbean flavors.

As part of an international team, you’ll advise guests, keep the bar organized, and collaborate with the service staff to ensure a seamless guest experience. English fluency is essential; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experienced behind the bar with strong knowledge of cocktails and spirits.
• Creative with flavors and motivated to keep developing your craft.
• Hospitable and professional, with genuine attention for every guest.
• Organized and calm, even when the bar fills up.
• Comfortable communicating in English; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cocktails, drinks and coffees at a consistently high level
• Develop new cocktails and signature drinks with fresh, seasonal ingredients
• Advise guests personally and make them feel welcome at the bar
• Keep your bar organized, stocked and spotless throughout the shift
• Work closely with the service team for a smooth guest experience
