Chogogo Dive & Beach Resort Bonaire is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead the Sunset Restaurant & Bar and Barí Beach Bar. You will guide the service team, ensure guest satisfaction, and keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced resort setting.

This full-time role (45 hours) offers an international team, growth opportunities and the chance to work where guests vacation. You’ll coach staff, manage shifts, uphold HACCP standards, and contribute to memorable island experiences.

Qualifications

• Lead and coach the service team during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the service team during shifts

• Handle guest requests, questions and complaints professionally
• Prepare daily planning, task distribution and break schedules
• Open and close the outlets, including financial closing when required
• Work closely with the Restaurant Manager and kitchen team
• Monitor cleanliness, presentation, atmosphere and HACCP standards
• Train and support new team members
• Manage shift handovers and maintain clear communication
• Adjust staffing and operations based on business levels
• Help create a fun, energetic and guest-focused atmosphere

What you will do
