Odyssey Hotel Group is seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our international team at Holiday Inn Express. You will help guests with check-in/out, manage records, and support daily front office operations in a fast-paced hotel environment.

The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, teamwork, and a proactive service mindset, with opportunities for growth within our brands and group headquarters.

Qualifications

• Affinity with the hotel industry and hospitality experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and Opera systems.
• Fluent in English and preferably Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Ensuring a smooth check-in/out process in line with brand standards.
• Maintaining accurate guest records, including personal information and payments.
• Reviewing and updating reception procedures according to hotel policy.
• Complying with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety rules.
• Handling complaints in a professional manner.
