Job summary

flatexDEGIRO Group is seeking a Junior Trading Assistant for the Service Desk in Amsterdam. You will be the first point of contact for retail traders, learning the DEGIRO product and supporting them through onboarding and trading inquiries.

You will collaborate with multiple internal teams, handling requests, corporate actions, transfers, and risk-related topics while growing within a dynamic fintech environment. Evening and weekend shifts are expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management or Economics.
• 0–2 years of experience.
• Native-level French speaker.
• Willing to live in/near Amsterdam and work evenings and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of customer requests and help identify short- and long-term improvements to processes and customer satisfaction.
• Support customers with information about the platform and assist with complex topics such as Corporate Actions, transfers, and trading inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve trading-related requests with training and ongoing support.
• Be the first point of contact between retail traders and the company, learning the DEGIRO product and working with Brokerage and Risk teams.
