Job summary

Werkpartner is assisting a global trading company with Amsterdam offices in their search for a junior operator. You will provide administrative support for trade execution, prepare operational support, and manage CRM entries.

You should be proactive, English-proficient, able to handle multiple programs, and ready to work 40 hours/week onsite near Amsterdam at a beautiful Zuidas location. This role offers practical training and exposure to international commodities markets.

Qualifications

• Administrative support experience is required.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Willing to work 40 hours per week.
• Comfortable with using multiple programs and systems.
• Proactive attitude with initiative and ownership of work.

Responsibilities

• Administrative support for the execution of trades.
• Prepare operational support.
• Entry and follow-up of files in the CRM system.
• Administrative support on deals made by the trading team.
• Multiple administrative tasks on different platforms and systems.
• Improve internal processes.
