Jobster in Rotterdam, Netherlands is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support B2B partners across Europe. You will handle inquiries by phone and email, process orders, resolve complaints, and collaborate with sales and accounts receivable.

Qualifications

• Higher professional education or equivalent experience.
• Good command of English and French.
• Experience within a similar B2B Commercial position.
• Experience working with SAP system is required.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary point of contact for B2B partners across Europe via phone and email.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage end-to-end order process using SAP and Excel, monitor status and delivery timelines.
• Provide partners with detailed product information and address enquiries with solutions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency and customer experience.
