Job summary

Joolz, part of Bugaboo Group, is seeking a hands-on Freelance Product Data Migration Specialist to join the Product Management team and help prepare, enrich, validate and migrate product information to Salsify.

This delivery-focused temporary assignment involves collaborating with Product Management and cross-functional teams to ensure Joolz products are accurately represented and migration-ready across markets and channels, with a strong emphasis on data quality and process documentation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Salsify or a comparable PIM platform.
• Experience with product data migration, enrichment or onboarding projects.
• Strong understanding of structured product information, taxonomies, attributes, variants and digital assets.
• Excellent Excel and CSV skills and confidence working with large product datasets.
• A practical, detail-oriented and delivery-focused mindset.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with Product Management, Product Marketing and other stakeholders.
• Experience creating documentation, training materials and handover processes.
• The ability to work independently while knowing when to involve or elevate to the right stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Inventory and assess existing Joolz product information and source files.
• Map existing product information to the agreed Salsify data model, attributes and taxonomy.
• Clean, structure and enrich product data, including product copy, specifications, digital assets and market or channel variations.
• Support bulk imports, exports, mapping and migration activities in Salsify.
• Identify and track data gaps, exceptions and dependencies through to resolution.
• Help ensure priority products and launches are migration-ready according to the project plan.
• Validate product information for completeness, accuracy, consistency and formatting.
• Apply agreed naming conventions, business rules and approval workflows.
• Perform quality checks before and after migration.
• Investigate and support the resolution of migration errors and rejected records.
• Maintain clear visibility of data quality, outstanding issues and remediation activities.
• Work closely with Product Management across Joolz, Bugaboo and Artipoppe to translate product knowledge into structured product information.
• Create practical templates, work instructions and checklists for recurring product data activities.
• Coach users on agreed Salsify processes and ways of working.
• Prepare clear handover documentation covering processes, open issues, decisions and ongoing activities.

The opportunity

Joolz is currently migrating its product information toSalsify, the Product Information Management (PIM) platform already used across the Bugaboo Group.

We’re looking for ahands-on Freelance Product Data Migration Specialistto join the Product Management team and help us prepare, enrich, validate and migrate Joolz product information.

This is adelivery-focused temporary assignmentfor someone who enjoys getting into the detail, working with large datasets and turning complex product information into clean, structured and channel-ready data.

You’ll work closely with Product Management and cross-functional teams to ensure Joolz products are accurately represented in Salsify and ready for use across relevant markets and digital channels.

What you’ll do

Product data preparation & migration

• Inventory and assess existing Joolz product information and source files.

• Map existing product information to the agreed Salsify data model, attributes and taxonomy.

• Clean, structure and enrich product data, including product copy, specifications, digital assets and market or channel variations.

What we’re looking for

Required experience

• Hands-on experience withSalsify or a comparable PIM platform, including data import, export, mapping and quality checks.

• Experience withproduct data migration, enrichment or onboarding projects.
