Bon Ton Toys is seeking a Freelance Merchandiser to shape our collection vision across licenses. You will own assortment architecture, margins, and forecasting, collaborating with our Creative Director, Marketing Director, and Product Development team in Amsterdam's Houthavens.

Availability is 16–24 hours per week with a pay rate of €90–€110 per hour, 3–6 months with potential extension. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on planning for a premium sustainable plush brand.

Formación

• 7–10 years in merchandising or product development and design.
• Strong analytics, organization, and market/consumer insight orientation.
• Experience with margin analysis and executive stakeholder communication.

Responsabilidades

• Shape assortment architecture per license and category, including selection and collection size.
• Own category strategy by translating market trends into input for assortment.
• Run margin analyses per collection and provide commercial recommendations.
• Translate strategy into a buying plan with forecasting and commitments per style.
• Support rollout of new collections to sales and build better merchandising tools.
