Job summary

Bon Ton Toys is seeking a medior Brand Designer (DTP) in Amsterdam to own brand output and maintain a tight design system. You will craft packaging and product visuals across collections, ensure licensor guidelines are followed, and collaborate with the Brand & Digital Marketing Manager and Traffic team.

You bring 3–5 years of DTP/packaging experience, a strong eye for print-ready files, and a hands-on approach to reusable templates.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in DTP, packaging design, or production design.
• Experience with branded products, licensing, or retail environments.
• Able to create clean, reusable templates and follow licensor guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Brand-consistent design output across packaging, product design, and assets.
• Maintain design system, templates, and asset libraries for speed and quality.
• Prepare print-ready files and liaise with Design Studio to control quality.
• Advise teams on brand elevation while respecting identity guidelines.
• Collaborate with Traffic Manager to handle design requests.
