Job summary

Brookwood Recruitment Ltd in Amsterdam is seeking a Global Mobility Specialist on a freelance contract for December 2026 to August 2027. You will manage end-to-end relocations and act as the primary contact for relocating employees within a highly international environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating with immigration, tax, housing and other providers, advising on policies and compliance, and supporting mobility projects while maintaining documentation and resources.

Qualifications

• Experience in Global Mobility, Relocation or Immigration.
• International employee movements and cross-border assignments exposure.
• Strong stakeholder management and clear communication.
• Excellent problem solving and organisational abilities.
• Experience in multinational or international organisations.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• International mindset with a customer-focused approach.
• Knowledge of Dutch relocation processes or Dutch systems is a plus.
• HR, immigration or relocation backgrounds with transferable experience welcomed.

We're supporting a leading international organisation in the search for a Global Mobility Specialist to join their Global Mobility team on a freelance contract basis. The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end international relocations and assignments
• Serve as the main point of contact for relocating employees
• Coordinate with immigration, tax, relocation, housing and other specialist providers
• Provide guidance on mobility policies, processes and compliance requirements
• Assess risks and ensure compliance with immigration, tax and employment regulations
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition and other internal teams
• Support ongoing global mobility projects and initiatives
• Maintain and improve mobility documentation, resources and training materials

What We're Looking For

• Experience in Global Mobility, Relocation and/or Immigration
• Exposure to international employee movements and cross-border assignments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and organisational abilities
• Experience working within multinational or international organisations
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
• International mindset with a customer-focused approach
• Knowledge of Dutch relocation processes or local Dutch systems would be advantageous
• HR, immigration, relocation or employee support backgrounds will also be considered if supported by relevant transferable experience

• Available to work across 4 days per week
